Images shared by the star on Instagram differed drastically to professional pictures taken at the opening of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in October 2019, with the star seeming to have slimmed down her nose using photo editing software. However, Instagram account Celebface, which prides itself on exposing misleading photo editing by celebrities and high-profile social media influencers, pointed out that more than makeup may have come into play in one snap. While speculation has been rife over Khloe's changing appearance in recent months, particularly in regards to the shape of her nose, the star maintains she has never had a rhinoplasty, stating her nose looks slimmer because of contouring.
